A room of French windows and limestone sculptures (2009) for chamber music (soprano, recorder, viola, double bass, and piano), solo dancer, and video.
Premiere as part of Leonard Bernstein Festival for the Arts on April 26th, 2009, at Brandeis University.  Music-only premier with flute in December, 2009 with conductor Nathan Lofton and soprano Ceceilia Alwein.

Before 2009 –

long, long, the September rain… (2008) for voice flute.
Commissioned by recorder player Ching-Wei Lin.
Premiere on November 1st, 2008 at Slosberg Hall of Brandeis University.
Performed on other occasions in the greater Boston area and was praised by the American Recorder Society journal as “lovely and virtuosic”.

Elegy (2007-08) first and third movements “The Mask: Invocation to Melpomene” and “The Sword: Short Cut Home” for jazz voice, soprano, percussion, and string quintet
The second collaboration with poet Jesse Diamond.
First movement premiered on May 13th, at “Collexuan”, and third movement premiered in April by Mu-Xuan Lin in Jordan Hall, Boston.

Swimming the Hellespont zhi San (2008) for baritone and guitar.
Collaboration with poet Jesse Mavro Diamond.
New York premiere at St. Peter’s Church by Seth Gilman (baritone) and Kurt Toreillo (guitar).
Featured music on the Holocaust Memorial Concert in Boston direct by Osnat Netzer on April 13th, 2008.
